Berry Goodz,  real name Kareem Berry, born July 5, to a single Mother by name of Saundra Berry. Berry Goodz, is a MC, from Oceanhill Brownsville,  Brooklyn, area of New York. He was raised by a Strong Grandmother figure, whom was better known as Mucka to the children she raised. Berry Goodz, grew up just one block up from the notorious Rap Group M.O.P,  (ANTE UP) and four blocks over from Smooth Da Hustler and Trigga Tha Gambler ( BROKEN LANGUAGE). Whom all ironically, was discovered and brought into the rap game by the one and only D/R Period. Berry Goodz, came up Loving EPMD, BRAND NUBIAN, and NWA just to name a few, to now having the upmost respect and appreciation for The Best that ever did it Jay Z. While spending a big portion of his life behind bars due to his deep in the streets activities. It was there, Deep in them Clinton, Auburn, Southport, Coxsackie, and Comstock, cells that gave birth, and the beginning of Berry Goodz, the M.C.  Upon his release from prison, he was re-united with a childhood friend whom now went by the name of D/R Period. (The Legendary Hip Hop Producer with over 30 Million Albums sold, whom produce for such Artist as Jay Z, A.Z, Tupac, Queen Latifah, M.O.P, Smooth Da Hustler, Camron, and many others. Berry Goodz, comes across as a humbled man with street knowledge. The aura he gives off is unlike your typical rapper. His music can be described as eye-opening music. He’s got records you can sit down and vibe to with deep meaning, but then he can also come through with something that will make you dance, proving his versatility.
